Question about AFK's

Is it against ToU or policy or whatever to 'friend' people who afk'ed in a ranked game and message them to request a mystery skin or something to make up for the experience? Assuming of course it isn't a horribly toxic, confrontational message.

Well, if it's not horribly toxic like, "OMFG YOU AFK'ED, send me a mystery gift now you bitch, you owe me!!!" then I don't really see a problem with it. Of course, the AFK player is under no obligation to give you a mystery gift at all either.
