On heavy/permanent tilt lately. Help?
Hello everyone, I'm a former gold, now silver 1 player mid/jungle main. (btw i didnt know where to ask this). I was in silver for most of season 3 when I continuously went up the ladder by and had a 60% win rate and finally reached gold fairly easily in around 50 or so games. Then once I hit gold it was preseasonish so i got the benefits but then I went heavily on tilt. Any toxic player/misplay/taxing for no reason would get me riled up and I would be unable to win because why would you win with such a bad team? I grew disoriented and my former attitude of "you deserve everything you get" became "ffs" and "wtf is that". I lost so many games i went back to silver 1 and now i think im in elo hell where i lose more elo than i gain from a match. I'd really like advice as to how to reverse that. Is it playing a lot of games to get even with the elo gains and losses or what? Not really looking for advice like "roam" or "ward" because from experience I know neither of those actually are correct. Thank you for any advice/criticisms. If you need more info lemme know.
