Packetloss/Ping Limits to Queue

Can you add a ping function that runs while the client is open and if the ping time or packetloss exceeds a threshold, don't allow queue or if a pingtime or packetloss is really high during queue and champ select, allow a remake if they load in and don't die. Anything to prevent 1500ms players from ruining the game.
