Patch 4.6 Lag
Yesterday I updated league and my ping was stable(80-85) was fine. However I logged on today to play a match and my ping was on 200-230. Any solutions on how to fix this, help please.

I have been experiencing the same thing. Prior to 4.6, I experienced a ping of around 90, with the occasional 130 ping game. Now my ping is consistently between 160-190.
Me too, pre-4.6 my ping was a stable 90-120 but post-4.6 its constantly 180-220. Not sure why a patch would cause this but there is also a couple threads in the forums with ppl also having this problem.
