How would I report someone for advertising boosting?

So after a ranked game, someone offered a friend request, i accepted it and he messaged me the message in the picture attached. How would I report this to Riot and get this person banned for boosting? The message was at 11:50 PM (EST) 10/6/2014.

EDIT: I removed the picture as the first comment made a good point.

Use the Support link on the upper right to send a support ticket to Riot.

I suggest you remove the picture from your post as it's essentially free advertising for the booster.
