Singed, Zaun, and other Queries I may think of as I write.

I've noticed of late that there are a lot of champions that are getting some love from the artists at Riot's Texture Re-balancing team, and am wondering if Singed will get some of that love sometime?
Also, with all the Visual Updates and Model Updates popping up, I am always hoping/dreading that he will be there.
- Hoping because the champion's model isn't as impressive as most of the champions being played right now in this meta.
- Dreading for Multiple Reasons.
- With a new look, comes a new VO, and could come with changes to how his kit works.
- EVERYBODY will play him (Again), which will make it seem a bit sour when I can't lock in my favorite champion because everyone will be on the Hype train.
- And I know this is hypocritical, but it wouldn't feel the same as the old Singed. As much as I desire for him to look as good as the rest of the League, I've grown fond of the champion, his lore, and how his play-style is over the many many games I have played him in.
So basically, what I am asking on Singed is, what is the news on his Visual Update/Rework, and how much is rumored to change?
Next, Zaun. (Lengthy Introduction. tl;dr at the bottom)
It is not just because Singed is from Zaun that it has become one of my favorite places in the League. Every champion that has come from there I enjoy their backstories and general grittiness.
- Who doesn't love Mundo? (Besides silly squishies.)
- The ability to be a nuisance, by just running around and spamming laugh is amazingly effective.
- His backstory is amazing. Period.
- Honestly, one of the best champions released of late. He is truly a hidden [and balanced] gem in the League. How outrageous! -

are really the ones I didn't like, lore wise. However, Twitch has grown on me since his rework.

Now that all being said, I wanted to know when Zaun was going to get a featured story/rework like the Freljord and Shurima did? And how much of it will change current lore/stories?
