In A Desperate Search for a Duo Queue Partner

I began Season 3 in Silver II, happy with my elo and the challenge of the people I played against. However, in playing duo queue with various friends, I finished Season 3 in Silver V and began Season 4 in Bronze II. While I can't entirely blame my friends and the people I played with, I know doing ranked with Bronze V players isn't healthy for one's elo.

I make mistakes. I'm not perfect, and by no means a perfect league player (hence my bronze ranking). However, having made it to my promos to silver 7+ times, I truly don't believe I belong where I'm at.
