Taliyah Inspiration Name

Hi, I need to know something about Taliyah name inspiration. Right now, I'm reading Umineko and a character talked about some Angels name. She say : "... Are the names of the angels that govern over wind, fire, water and earth : Chasan, Arel, Phorlakh and Taliahad."

So, in other word : Wind Chasan / Fire Arel / Water Phorlakh / Earth Taliahad.

Taliahad look similar to Taliyah and both use/control Earth power.

I just want to know (from Riot if possible @Meddler ) if my supposition are right or not.
