About UNSKILLED Players

i am a new player of NA. I played this game when I was in China, the environment of CHN just like everyone knows, there are so many keyboard warriors. i hoped the environment of NA could be better and it does. But the most important problem is, someone doesn't even fking know how to play this game.It does happen in CHN but not that often. I think the reason why some people gave up playing this game, not because the quality of the game but the quality of players. I think Riot needs to think about a way to pretend this happening. Maybe just put the player who play one of champions the first time to a PVE not PVP for two or three games till them get used to this champion. Now I'm totally done with that. I think i need to leave this game for a while or transfer to Korean Server. Though I'm a Chinese but I need to say that the Korean is the best server now in the world. NO DOUBTS
