Quitters
To many people quit in games even though the game is easily winnable. People need to learn not to be quitters and learn to try to come back because nothing feels better then coming back and winning a game.

Are you talking about ranked play or normal play? Either way there is already a logging system and an anti-leaver algorithm put in place by Riot to discourage such behaviour, on top of the community moderated Tribunal system. You will get rage-quitters and leavers in any team game; the impact is just bigger in LoL, since the games are so long in comparison to other games and the teams are locked for the duration.
