Separate Server for Ranked for Baddies/Trolls,Take some kind of test to get to normal server ranked

ok guys and gals im sure every1 has heard or said this b4 im done with league,too many trolls,etc...Welp thats me im done with this troll community unless riot fixes the rank community system by making a seperate sever to move any unskilled/trolls/fedders to that server untill they get there stats up or take some kind of a skill test or something cause unless ur a pro level player that can carry urself up rank u cant do squat with teamwork effort. i know im not like some pro but ido know im not bad like some people it is just unbelievable how they r not banned or even in that rank with that all said RIOT pls do something BETTER about this untill then pce plenty of other non troll community games ^^enjoy and farewell trolls
