Nocturne Particle effects

So in honor of the harrowing I went and bought and bought his haunting skin. When I went to play him I noticed the effects of his tail didn't look too great. I thought that maybe it was just his skin but then I saw other people playing him without a skin and the tail was still kinda poopy looking. I was hoping that maybe Riot could look at this and make it look all pretty.
