Announcer Pack no longer working

I've been using a custom announcer pack using Tiny Tina's voice from Borderlands for a while, all was swole n' guccii when all of the sudden, it hits me. The default announcer is back. [zombie-brand-mindblown] I go back to the file location and it's still there, but the default announcer is back as a BNK file, and if I remove it it just patches back, and the custom one doesnt work any more. Does anyone know of a workaround?
