Tradeing Rp and Ip

So me and a friend were thinking that it would be beneficial to be able to trade in rp points for Ib points and vices versa, especially when you get Rp points and then have some left over that cant be used until you get more but then the cycle begins again. Of course there would be a set number of Ib to Rp as well as rp to ip it would be like a currency trade where one is worth more than the other. And it would help out those of us you just do not have the money to get the skins that we want or some other things. Another thing is I know that riot makes money from RP so you could limit the amount of Ib that can be traded for Rp and setting the values low for the trade will make those who are impatient still want to buy Rp instead of trade.
