First Promotion Tips Needed

I have my first promos of the season to get out of bronze 5...I need some people to come watch my gameplay and give advice. I main jung and play mainly Olaf or jarvan..I will play starting around 7pm Ct Usa Thursday...any advice from any level player welcome thanks in advance and I know this community will help!
