Champion Names in Files

I was recently looking through the League of Legends files when I noticed something about champion names. Most of the names are the same as in the in game names except for two. This first odd thing that i noticed was that Wukong was called MonkeyKing. This name, while odd that it isn't the same as the champions actually, seems fine. Then I noticed that Veigar's name was permission. What is the story behind these names? Just curious as to why those to champions have odd names.
