Riot's system is making it really hard for me to climb

So I started in D5 with +21 -21, ok good. I then started to climb with about a ~70% w/r up to d2 now. However in d4,d3,d2 I gained +15/16 and lost 21/21. I don't understand how this is possible since I have such a good winrate. It doesn't even seem like my mmr IS low, as I play with people of my rank every game. This is over a ~60 game period btw. Its just really frustrating that i'm trying to go for master and my gains for today were +8 even though I won 2 and lost 1. 3 Wins = 2 Losses for me. Is it related to the fact that i'm climbing too fast and my mmr isn't catching up? if so that is flawed AF.

I do see this happen a bit when I go on winstreaks, especially when you start getting higher into a division. It does seem to take a bit to actually "catch up". I just only reached Diamond 5. Good luck to you in your climb!
