20min??!?!?!?!?!

im a bronze 5 player. very bad ello. best i ever reached was b 4 with 99 lp. And i got that far by losing 30 lp and gainign 9. But the thing i want to talk about here is that i get a 20min penalty for dc'ing. for 5 games every time i DC. Im not a troll and i never leave games on purpose. But this is crazy. my last game I was 1 game away from completing my 5 games, and then i hit a lagg spike. I lost my lane because i was sitting on 10 fps. I restart my computer and ry to pull back the game and after the game is over i get another 5 games 20min wait time. Can somebody please review my account or something. Im kinda new to this game.
