I stick with Frostfire, but if you don't like it enough my next favorite is Sweetheart.

Or, more seriously, Frostfire is awesome. Reverse Annie is my favorite.

But I love them all, so you should probably take everything I say about them with a grain or 2 of salt.

As far as skins go, frostfire Annie is notorious for having a very hard to see stun indicator, but if you want another I'm a fan of Panda Annie, myself. I don't have any skins for her because I don't really play her, but Panda Annie has a lot of neat theming, imho. And plus Tibbers is now a panda. Your argument is invalid.
