IS NA GETTING THE PERMANENT 1 IP TIER 2 RUNES?!

Starter tier 2 runes to go on 1 IP sale

Runes are probably the ONLY thing in league that are not F2P friendly. We CAN buy runes with ip, but we F2P players don't wan't to spend 6300 IP to get a page, then spend another another 3000 or so to actually fill it up. I know that the only reason that you are making the runes 1 ip is because you can't get rid of them altogether, but if riot is putting the basically free runes in EUW, does that mean that they are going to put them into NA too?

Yes. Pretty sure they put out the NA announcement already, but I'll have to check again.
