Permaban?

Um ok so i understand this is a game and being toxic,rude,and sometimes a goof is ok for gaming,Riot should have a way for people to recover their account.Tho they are can be rude sometimes maybe even harsh how does this help them to get better,why not a simple homework or online book or...anything would be better then perma banning someones account,they spend money...they pay you gods knows i have wasted 100's and i am only 18.I am sorry about ranting about this but I just don't understand this justice, if someone is purposely giving enemy's kill and wasting my time im gonna be quiet mad as would everyone else but riot you do nothing to stop them.The Justice you give is a sick joke someone who insults someone wouldn't get put in jail for life for verbal assault, I think the Justice system should be based on the irl Justice system but insteaad you do this and please do mind my language, you do this shit. Riot you have made me sick with your injustice ways of dealing with playing so many players play the game,so many pay you...and you just fuck us and turn your head thank you Riot from timejesus. Too everyone else ban i am sorry you guys got this injustice so please comment your thoughts either they would be against me or with me i just want change for what happen to my friend :(
