is anyone else experiencing this issue? please send help

Hey guys! Thanks for taking the time to read this.

So I'm having this problem. When I log into pvp.net, I get put into a queue. That's fine, I get it--servers are having issues. But inevitably, when I reach #1 in queue, I get an estimated wait time of ~30 seconds. It ticks down to 0 seconds, my position gets checked, and then my wait time goes back up to 30 seconds. Rinse, repeat. This has happened like over 9000 times.

Just wanted to touch base with you guys and see if anyone else was having the same problem, in the hopes of figuring out whether it's due to RIot's server instability or my own network (because my network is often the culprit of my connectivity issues as well). ...I'm also kind of hoping for a miracle fix tbh. lolol. Yeah, I know, as if.
