Riot Please Do this

Riot games needs to incorporate a monthly pay-to-pay. All accounts will needs to pay $20 a month. This way all the bad players will get discouraged and leaving the game and since the good players (I.E Gold-Challenger) will stay in the game because they are good at the game and therefore they will still want to play. This will not only reduce the amount of bad players and toxicity of the game, but it will also make the community better because only the good players will be willing to pay and play while riot makes even more of a profit.
