Tired of wrong masteries/summoner spells?

I had an idea recently. A lot of games I've seen, players forget to change their masteries or spells when they get into game. What if Riot made it so that you can adjust them in game before a certain timepoint? Perhaps before minions spawn? This way we can be more prepared for our matches and not misdirect our intentions.
