Skin Trading

Me and my friends came up with a great idea (in our opinion). Riot should make a Skin Trading System, the idea came when me and my friend both gave each other a mystery skin and i've got a skin that he loved and he got a skin that i loved. This should be for players at minimum lvl 15 and owe at least 5 skins or just one so the players that don't pay for this game benefit too. It could be for some RP (like 125RP) but i don't think it's a good idea from the same cause as the previous thing.
