New MONEY MAN SINGED

Okay so I just saw the progressive commercial with the money man and thought about how it leaves a trail. I thought a new Money Man Singed skin would be interesting. His Q would leave a trail of dollar bills, people always want to chase him when he's low right? His shield could be a massive gold bar which he would fling with. His W could be shredded up money. Not absolutely necessary I just thought it would be a funny skin.
