You need to do a damned good tribute to get 57 RP. Most I've heard anyone get is 10 RP. 57 is kinda steep to just give away.

I actually heard of someone getting around 30 RP when they drew a picture, but Riot told them they wouldn't do that for them again. 57 might be pushing it.
