How come Riot removed the written stats for character abilities? (On the Launcher)

To make this more clear, I mean when you are on the launcher, and you click on a character and go to "Abilities". It just confuses me why they would remove the written stats... now each ability just has a bit of text... why???

I vaguely recall a Rioter saying that the data wasn't pulling correctly so it wasn't 100% accurate. But I can't remember where. Sorry I can't provide a direct quote.
