Yeah, that's technically still a smurf.
Smurfing is pretty much "you understand the game and know how to play but use low level accounts" a lot of people do it to try and fight new players or because they aren't as skilled as most old players.
I would be fine with that but I'm talking about the gold+ ranked joining norms on a new acc to come slay or carry a team giving the new players no chance at all...im just annoyed played 3 arams in a row were the whole team gets 3 kills but 1 guy gets 40 and destroys us 1 shot..
