THE SACRED ICON HAS NOT BEEN FOUND

I sometimes don't receive my icon even though I completed what is needed (I don't have the tank icon from Team Builder even though I've played well over 5 games as tank) and now the game won't give me my Snowdown icon for winning Poro King with a Snowdown skin. I won one with Snowday Signed and another with Poro Rider Sejuani, it's been a few days and I fear I won't be getting my icon.
