I don't think you understand how it's gonna work. You pick your two best roles (like Top/Jungle) and then get assigned to teams with players who picked other roles. Once you're in champion select, you can pick whoever you want in the draft.
Those who don't want to play with off meta picks don't have to play with them. Those who want to play them get to play with people that aren't going to be aggravated that you are playing it. Its win win.
