Why is Riot so slow at Responding to Tickets???

Oh my god! I sent a request out at like 7pm EST and I did not get a reply from Riot until 4:27 the next morning. If this isn't bad enough, they said they were transferring me to a different department.... Great, so what does that mean? It means I have now been waiting for 2 days for a simple response to a suspension issue. By the time they respond my suspension will probably be up! Would like to play a little during the break but instead I have to wait 2-3 days for a response from Riot. WTH

Par for the course my friend. They have several million players and i'm guessing one indian guy working all the support tickets.

Chill, even RIOTERS need time to be with their families and this is kinda the time that a few take off from work. Don't expect to get immediate responses from them. They are trying their best to make sure someone who has the right information to help you helps you.
