Cool Items idea

This is just an idea thrown out there in my head, but i think there could be exclusive items special to each character, or to a group of characters. Each item enhances a certain aspect to the characters individual passive or the moveset that they have. I was thinking that this can only be attained if the summoner has completed all six stacks and a new slot opens up, or when they have all six stacks they can give up two stacks to free a slot to allow them to purchase the exclusive item. I dont know but you could even sell it as purchase through riot points for more of a competitive play or if yall just want any more extra cash money.
