so whoever got access to my league account is acting weird because after i submitted the support ticket i looked at my email and be for i submitted the ticket someone changed my email address to ****[email protected] and after i submitted the ticket my email address was back so i went on league and put in my password and it would say invalid username/password combination so my email is back but not my username/password

Submitting an account recovery ticket requires you to not be logged in, and will send the correspondence email to the one you provide in the ticket (rather than the one verified with your account).
