Passive: adrenaline rush When John Smith falls below 30% hp he gains a burst of energy, increasing his damage, attack speed and putting his energy back to 200 and prevents it from decreasing for 10 seconds (with a cooldown)

Q: Throat Punch 40 energy John smiths next attack targets his opponents throat, silences them for 1 second, can follow up with a groin kick Groin kick 30 Energy John smith attempts to kick his enemy where it hurts, If target is facing John they will be slowed by X%

W: Sprint, toggle 20 energy per second John smith starts running faster gaining % increase movement speed

E: grenade!! 40 energy Throws a grenade at a location which exploded after a brief delay , center of grenade does X + 90-130% ad damage and stuns while grenade fragments deal y + 80-100% ad damage and apply slow.

R: Lethal shot 40 Energy, cooldown and reload scales on attack speed John smith takes out his golden .44 magnum to shoot in front of him deals X+90-110% ad damage. If a unit is killed the bullet continues down its path dealing 20% less damage. If shot at point blank bullet does 120% damage and goes through target dealing 20% less damage Causes grievous wound and bleed Can hold 6 bullets, if shot 2-4 (scales with ability level) times within X seconds the gun will overheat going on a 10 second cooldown. Stores 1 bullet every 20 seconds

Lore:

One day John smith was cooking a barbecue in his backyard while his wife and kids sat at the table talking about family stuff. Then suddenly out of nowhere a giant creature tore a hole through space and time and ran into him. The creature swatted John smith out of his way but John grabbed onto the creatures arm in an attempt to avoid getting hit. Unaware of John on his arm, the creature hops into another hole through space and time and takes John with him. John then wakes up in Runeterra confused as fuck. Unfortunately he didn't have much time to think because he woke up in a middle of a battlefield with magic being thrown around and everything. Using his navy seal military techniques John quickly escaped the situation and hid behind a rock. While assessing the situation the creature who dragged John into Runeterra appeared behind him. The creature told John that his mortal body has no affinity for magic and that he will most likely die within the next minute, at that moment 5 noxian soldiers ambushed him. John smith, very angry at the creatures words took out his trusty .44 magnum which he carries on him at all times and shot all the soldiers dead. The creature then reappeared and before it could say anything John shot it in the head and the creature died. Realizing he just killed the only thing that could get him home, John escaped from the battlefield using his navy seal training to kill anyone who got in his way.

John smith then traveled across the world trying to find his way back home but to no avail. Eventually he came across the institute of war. The summoners told John that there are many unique creatures within the league and that one of them may hold the secret to getting him back home. With the promise of unlimited ammunition for his gun, John joined the league of legends in order to find a way back home.

So yeah that's my champion proposal. I know I've written it very poorly and I have no idea how balancing champions work but I think it's a fairly good idea and as far as unique goes I think I nailed it while still maintaining champion simplicity.
