All these smurfing/boosting threads on the boards...
So Riot...are you ever gonna ban these players? Is smurfing/boosting against the summoner's code? I think smurfing ruins it for other people but thats me

Smurfing is not against the rules, and neither is "boosting" in the sense that a high tier player smurfs with a low tier player. It may be harmful to the game, but the Free-to-play aspect of the game and the lack of a smurfing alternative make it difficult to impossible to stop.
