No one buy RP

So I am definitley someone who has put way too much money on this free to play game. Which never bothered me before because I enjoy the game. Recently though I ran into my first and last problem of using RP. I was in an Aram as Caitlyn and I figured why not try out new skin it says i can unlock it so skin boost here we go. I didn't get an unlocked skin. I was a bit dissapointed but oh well. So i decided to message riot and we trade messages back and forth and riots decision about refunding a 95 rp purchase cause of something on their end is they will not give me my rp back. I was so confused. I paid for a skin boost and didnt recieve it so I don't get refunded. So since riot decided they will not refund 95 rp after the hundreds of dollars i have given them, I decided a strike against buying rp. Hopefully this will spread and others can see how terrible of customer service that even is. Sorry sir your purchase went through and you paid us but you will not recieve the product you paid for. Thank you riot because of your selfish need to hold on to the equivilant of .95 cents. I will never give you another dime and I hope others see this and realize their money can be stolen in way better ways.
