Has their been any 'exploits' before Jan08 that you can get permanently banned for ?

I got perma banned earlier this month on Jan 08 for "the use of exploits in League of Legends" at the time i didn't read the email correctly and my eyes just caught the part that said "use of third party program" and thought okay i can get this banned probably reversed since i have never used any other program besides curse voice and probably just mistake, got a reply saying they'll look into it and basically got a bot reply after that and got shut down, and thought there was nothing else i could do and probably just get another bot reply anyways and tried to deal with it i guess. Time passes and out of frustration while leveling up a new account and trying to get over the fact that i lost all at that money on that account for no reason at all i decided to reopen a new ticket and have this really looked into hopefully and realized the ban was for use of exploits. Well now i am sitting here thinking of any exploits that i could of possibly mistakenly done that got me banned and cant think of any at all. Only one that comes to mind that i know exist's is the Scion Ult one(haven't even been in a game where it happened just know of it cause its been all over reddit at one point) and i don't even play the champ probably one or two times the day of the rework but that was it.
