Riot support on Twitter asked me to create a post regarding the addition of more+relevant stats

Riot Games Support on Twitter

Basically, I would like to propose the addition of a few stats to the LoL client that currently don't exist on the current client.

Overall hours played- Yes, you don't have to remind me that wastedonlol.com exists, I have used it dozens of times. Here is the issue: It is highly inaccurate, and those who use it frequently enough will be able to tell you that their hours go down even though they played more. Also, Riot has a very detailed match history for each account as of early 2014 with the creation of the browser based match history. Perhaps there could be a way to add up all time played (from the match time of each game) using some sort of technology (excuse my ignorance, I am really only trying to create suggestions). This way, players could have a system similar to what we have in Blizzards Overwatch, where there is a overall hours played at the top right of your profile, and several other tabs that breakdown different seasons of ranked play, quick play, etc. It's nice to know what you have done in ranked, like what we have now, but it seems so hollow compared to the many other game modes and activities LoL offers.

Number of lifetime kills/pentakills etc- Again, this is available for your ranked games, but not all of us have all recorded pentas in ranked, and have no idea how many Barons we have taken in our accounts life. In the old client, we had stats that showed normal kills, normal CS etc, which was a great thing, but for some reason it is gone (presumably to come back in the future). Now if that could be extended into other areas of the game, like barons/dragons killed, champions slain in a account lifetime etc.

Champion stats that aren't just based on highest performance(S+,S-,S etc)- Similar to the above, why not show us the amount of kills you have gotten for each champion across all games, and specific ques (normal ranked etc)? People who spend a lot of time on champions really should be allowed to see their accomplishments for the champion they play for a majority of their games. Whether they be in ranked, normal, ARAM, or any exclusive gamemode

I understand none of these things truly matter to the state and health of the game. Overall, this is nothing more than a peace of mind feature, and something for us 'stat nerds' to check up on. However, I fail to understand how stats haven't been fleshed out in all these years, when Riot has the most accurate information on each summoner and their account. As of now, we have to use other sites to view our stats, leaving the client and using less reliable information to see what we have achieved, or produced. Again, I know this is absolutely unnecisary to the well being of the game, and it may not be easy to put into the client (due to it not being there in the first place) but it is such a simple thing that players like myself would truly value. Then again, some may not even want to see how much LoL they have played, or care about their stats. I would really like to hear if the player base here would like to see their stats in client, and what kind of effort it would take Riot to create a system/feature to execute these things.

I can see people looking for these stats, and saying "Why Riot match me with people that only have 40 hours playing?!"

Same thing with the other stats. :(

Welp, that's better. So I can know how many penta-kills I'll have with my Thresh :D (I wish xDD)

And assists, lol.

number of cannon minions missed would be a nice joke stat, not sure if it should be global or just did not die to you the player based on your lane.
