Time to do something about AFKS in Ranked play.

I'm not one to get mad over a defeat, especially if the other team played their game well. However, I get extremely upset when I get an AFK/Rage quit in ranked. Why? Well let me explain this. Last game, we had a last pick who didn't want to support, so what did he do? He instalocked Jarvan and called top, saying "i didnt see we had a top already." This is not the bad part though. We told him it was fine and just to play support, but he refused and AFK'd rather than winning a game we would have won if he/she was there. Not only did the 4 of us dominate early game, but we were committed to trying to win. The enemy team knew we had an afk, so they pushed towers better and got more objectives. We eventually lost, causing me to lose 20 lp. 20 LP. Let me repeat that. 20 LP.... I have never lost 20 LP, ever. But I guess Riot thinks it's ok to make me lose 20 LP for a loss that I couldn't control. So why punish us players that lost only because another player didn't want to play at all? And I guarantee that the player who AFK'd will only get a warning from LeaveBuster, seriously doubt he will get anything. GGWP Riot.
