The fact this game even made it past season 1 was because there were so many people who wanted to post videos and stream league that had a good following of nice people and the league community was really cool in the early days.
Now you've got a bunch of scum eating douchebags... People like brofesco and kaceytron and like ... oh man the list just goes on when I think of all the filth that has plagued this game since it left season 1..

Eventually the game will finally die and I'll be shaking my head and wondering why the effort to improve the overall player experience wasn't worth the fucking time.
It's just sad, I'm not crying or upset or happy or depressed or anything.
I just feel disappointed at the end because the beginning of league was sucha beautiful thing, it was so precious and had so much cool stuff and cool community and it's just become so bad that I just shake my head and wonder where we went wrong. The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

League exist because of a dedicated group of people at Riot HQ, managing to keep the game fresh from year to year.
All the rest of that is just nostalgia about the good ole day's, if the game has done nothing but gotten worse since season one than we wouldn't even be having this convo right now. LoL has done nothing but grow in popularity since then they aint doing nothing wrong just because your getting bored.

Because it still has a community of dedicated people. In fact, that community has grown. It's perhaps not unreasonable to state that it has - in a very real sense - outgrown the people who began it.
That's not a bad thing. Sad, perhaps, particularly for those who are part of that original crew, but not bad. It's the natural growth cycle of a community. That's how it's supposed to work.

We matter and we want a system that punishes assholes with immediate force. We all want to be respected and loved and shown we matter to everyone.
