Ranked Twisted Treeline Solo-Q?

Hey, I know I've seen this asked for before, but there really should be Solo-Q for Ranked Twisted Treeline, I don't see why not?

Out of the majority of my friends I'm one of the only level 30s. And I'm not a huge fan of Summoner's rift in ranked solo-q.
