Why doesn't Riot reply to the Normal Draft posts?

Like you reply to basically every problem post, suggestion, question, statement over here but ignore the Normal Draft posts. Is it too hard to actually say something about the current situation? I can't enjoy the game like I used to when I actually had Normal Draft and I am sure I am not the only feeling the same way. So why not actually tell us something, to at least give us some hope and increase our the patience(which is almost out)? The season almost began, and I don't think I will be playing then if something doesn't get changed. Even one "Soon." would be enough.
