Asking to be unbanned

Hello there,

My username is MooWgle. I am constantly getting banned for AFK or Quitting games.

The only reason I ever "leave" a game, is due to a crash. The game will either kick me with a Bug Splat report, or Freeze randomly.

As I updated for patch 4.18, I read a section that outlined issues with crashing in the recent updates. It admitted that Mac users, such as myself, were experiencing a surge in game crashing due to a bug in the update(s).

I understand the motive for banning leavers and quitters; to ensure that people are not losing out on quality an engaging games. The thing is, 75%+, of the games I have managed to rejoin, I have made significant strides in pushing my team to victory, or catching up.

Even in games where I was locked out for 20 minutes, I caught up, dropped towers, and supported my teammates to a happy victory.

So yeah, my intent is never to abandon my team. I play with Mac, and you've admitted Macs have been experiencing Crashes due to a patch bug.

So I find it unfair to be punished, when I only encourage, teach, compliment my teammates. Hoping something can be done about this.
