When do the Legacy Skins come back (Frozen Shen, Noxus Poppy)
Just I need to know when Legacy skins come back, or a date when you think they'll come back. I know they were just available, but please.

The Shen skin will come with a bundle after the rework but not individually and the noxus skin will come back in December (most likely) The volt only open for one time a year . However it has been stated it is possible to get them thought hec tech carfting but the possibly is random
