All of the above? Also personal mistakes (some people get tilted from them not performing as well as they'd want to).

missing a point blank ashe ult or my support telling me I do no damage are the things that tilt me the most

Well if you care less, you'll tilt less.

There are some misplays that may tilt me, or when my team doesnt pay attention for a play that can be happening or a catch.

Op champs are indeed one for me, bad teams ofc, flamers arent because I normally dont care what people say and most games I /mute all, as soon as I get in.

The way I think of it is, if you have problems with tilt you need to look at the bigger picture and see how little this 1 game will mean to you in a weeks time. You probably wont even remember it.

I try to look at this game in a different view point, so I try to get mad less at my team and focus more on myself. Sometimes youll die because of a team mate, sometimes youll lose because of your team, and sometimes it cant be helped, so i just try not to get mad at anything and try to laugh it off because with this view the game gets a bit more enjoyable.

If you sit there laughing at a misplay instead of getting mad at a misplay the game will change to you.

Also you need to ask yourself why you play, etc.

The person who is experiencing tilt.

95% of the time in game, it is someone on your team dying that starts it.

Out of game, it tends to be going on a losing streak.
