The Wishlist Function: Let's make this a thing.

Dear Riot,

After a recent patch, it has come to my attention that you are granting gifts to players who display exemplary behavior throughout the game. I thank you greatly for this, but this leaves me with two questions... you say that you now will be giving presents "at random"; how random? What I mean by this is, at what intervals will be able to earn gifts? Once a month, once a year, once a week? This leads me to my second question: why not add something called a "wishlist" to summoner profiles? Through my good behavior, I was awarded Kayle and her Riot skin, which I am grateful for, but... I mean, sure she was a great gift and all, but I would've wanted a skin for a champion I already owned. Or perhaps a champion that I actually plan on using... So, this leads me to my wishlist proposition. The way it would work is that summoners are able to mark items on the store (champions and/or skins, I presume) under their wishlist and, once they display good enough behavior for a random amount of time, you can select one random thing from beneath their wishlist and give it to them. In all honesty, I find this to be a pretty simple solution. As I stated before, I am thankful that you awarded me Kayle and a skin of hers, but I actually would have preferred a champion I actually wanted and a skin for either them or a champion I already own. I understand that this idea may be a bit far-fetched in certain circumstances. For example, we wouldn't want everyone being good and, ta-da, half of your player base has a Wukong or Lee Sin... I think? I don't necessarily know whether that would be a good thing or a bad thing, but that's besides the point. So basically, summoners mark stuff off the store for a wishlist and if you deem them worthy, they get it whenever you decide to give it to them... Again, I'm wondering what type of "random" intervals we're talking about in regards to when players such as myself gain a present from you. I act nice to people when I'm playing this game and obey the Tribunal, and I go by the saying "good people do good things without expecting anything in return", but I would still like to know when to expect to receive a gift from you if I am deemed worthy.

Thank you for listening and if any of my fellow summoners have any further ideas relating to this topic or would like to "vouch" for my idea, feel free to comment below.

I would love a wish list for different reasons... I'd like to be able to grant gifts to friends that they want randomly (and vice versa). If my friends had a wishlist I could see... Well that'd be lovely.

However, utilizing a wishlist to only get stuff from Riot could be weird... For example - somebody might only put Ultimate skins on their wishlist because Riot gives stuff out based on the wishlist. If they get their wish, it feels ill mannered compared to somebody that actually puts skins they want (regardless of price). And it seems backwards to reward greed while rewarding good behavior. If they don't get their wish (say Riot only wants to give out 975 skins) then they may complain about the wishlist being pointless and stupid.

If any sort of wishlist function is implemented, there would probably be a minimum number of skins required on it in order for it to take affect. Otherwise many players would just abuse it and wish for only the most expensive skins, in order to save themselves money.
