League of trolls

Too many damn trolls on tonight who are willing to mess up everyone elses placements this season. They are really malicious and are way too frequent. I don´t even feel like this is league of legends anymore. This is not what a competitive game is suppose to be like and is instead just a child´s game. It might as well be habbo hotel at this point.

I had someone (rules require me to not name him but lets just say his name rhymes with jamesyc) who was third pick and silent and me, as first pick, went for the adc role I wanted. After I was locked in and it was his time to choose he said that he would instead be ADC and I can just mid with my choice. Later in game he follows me mid, bonds with me, and denies as much cs as possible. if I were to try to leave lane he will follow me. Kalista has a nifty passive that lets her trigger attacks on minions after I hit them or if I hit them after she does. basically I am incapable of getting farm an she is free to do what she wants. Later in the levels she will flash into people and pull me in with her ult leaving me with no way to get out.

This is not the right conduct and I have since created a ticket for the person who shall not be named. I am not here to shame this person. I hope he has a wonderful time trolling and hopefully he doesn't choke to death on his karma. I am just wondering why is there so many people who want to do this. This is not my first case of trolling. This is getting out of hand I don´t see any repercussions for these people who are doing it. I see them just come back and in greater number.
