Toxic community

Why is it that riot has the most toxic community of all the game companies out there?? i mean i am tired of having my family cursed upon, myself cursed upon, players that leave games if they give first blood.... etc etc!!

is there anything that can be done to solve this? i mean... what do the other companies do to prevent such toxicity?? league could have been such a good and "healthy" game but instead......

pfffff... i am really tired!
