trying to transfer my account back to NA from RU

hey guys im trying to transfer back my main account from the RU server to NA but I can't figure out the currency exchange, according to the internet 500 py6 (RU currency) equals roughly 11 bucks USD for 2600RP but is that really what it will charge to my account? now i'm also trying to get the new leblanc skin before the end of the day as well so i'm in need of help asap thanks!

It will charge whatever you tell it to charge. If you purchase 20 bucks in RP, you get 20 bucks of RP.

I don't think you understand fully.. it doesn't tell me how much it is in USD, only in Russian currency (RUB)... and I don't know what exchange rate it is...

but another problem now.. I can't change my account back to NA after changing to RU... there is no option?
